Back again!
 

Hi everyone.

It has been a long time since I have been here but am an "old timer" coming back again. I did have to "up" my ticker a bit but have maintained most of my weight loss and have been working really hard at exercise. Am trying to lose a bit more and get into better shape for health reasons so time to get back in here and get some accountability. Hopefully I can be a support and encouragement to many others here on their journey.

Welcome back! Congrats on maintaining most of your loss. I was not so smart, I lost 60lbs and within 4 1/2 years have gained 40lbs of that back. So here I am too, trying to lose this weight.

Thanks for the welcome. And ah well all we can do is start again and keep going! Look at the bright side.. you are still down 20 pounds :)
