Just found out about this amazing forum. Had a good look trough it and found amazing people here that give their best to get healthy and fit and also help everyone here! :carrot:

My name is Alex I am from Romania and I have a long way to go but with this kind of place I think there is nothing we can not achieve.

I am a pretty big guy only because I chose to be lazy and not take my life under control. I would just say it is not my fault.

I used to not care how big I get until I realized how hard things get. I mean I am in that stage that the only thing that makes me get off my bed is my bladder and cat that I must feed. :(

That was not too long ago... like a week maybe.

But now I want to retake control and do everything that is neccesary to lose all this fat.

It is time to do something. Thank you boys and gals for this forum. Wish you well. Have a great weekend!
