Hi

Iam new to this whole forum thing but alas not new to trying to lose weight .
I work crazy hours and find trying to get a healthy weight is difficult.
I also live in a rural area so by the time I get home from work or get my stuff done there isn't a lot of me time to plan. :D
so Iam hoping that by joining this group with like minded people the struggle will be a wee bit easier.
