New Sista in the Group

Hi Everyone, I am a new sista in the group and I am excited to be here! I look forward to reading/sharing stories with each of you. I would like to hear any tips/advice you have on how best to use the website. Also, if there are any AA (African American/Black) females in the forum, I'd love to hear from you as well since many of us don't believe we need to lose weight and be healthy. I certainly do!
