Hello All,

I'm Dee and I'm in serious need of a lifestyle change and a new path on this journey they call life.

I've had a lot of changes in my life in the last 6 years which has put a few too many pounds on this bod of mine and I am finally mentally ready to make the changes necessary.

I'm looking for support and tough love when need be and hoping to make a few new friends along the way.
