Hello, just joined in hopes to be motivated and motivate others who desire a healthy lifestyle. I am a roller coaster dieter I lose weight then as soon as I hit my target I stop with the routine and months later it's back! My goal is to get off this roller coaster and stay with the lifestyle change!
