My name is Chrislynn, age 42, wife and mother.
Obese at 328lbs, 5'8". Emotional eater and binge eating have gotten me to this weight. I have always been over weight but never this heavy.
Need to lose weight to be happy again, I know I should live myself no matter what.. But I can't stand to look at myself in photos or the mirror. I feel alone and supportive on my journey right now.
So lookingfor supportive fitness buddies, making friendships, learning new tips to help me out and in exchange I would love to help you also out in your goals too.
