Good morning from KY
 

Hello fellow members!
I am 24 and have recently really started struggling with my weight. I actually just realized today that I have gained almost 10 pounds in a month. I am at the heaviest I have ever been and am at my wits end. I have lost so much confidence in myself and I hate being in pictures. I struggle the most with snacks and not moving enough. Working and going to school full time really takes my motivation to move once I actually get home.
Hopefully this site can give me the help and support I need to get this ball rolling! Any tips you have would be appreciated :)

Hi, and welcome. I'm returned after being away for a long, long time. I can relate to your post and wanted to just say hello, and that while I live in CO now, I am from KY...or, at least, I lived there at one point for a good while. :)
