A New Chance (are you starting too?)

I've tried lots of diets with varying levels of success, but somehow feel more excited about the possibilities this time!

I started a new group for anyone starting out with significant weight to lose. "Starting a New Journey" Check it out. I hope we can support each other!:)

It's under "groups" but I can't tell you how i got there. Navigation seems to have changed..... I'm new at this too!
