Not so new but back
 

I was here few years ago and for first time lost the most weight I ever had and kept it off. Then lots of bad things and life happened. Sad to say that 30 of the 50lbs I lost came back. Sure I'm still in a rough spot in my life but I've been thinking why allow the bad times take away something that I can keep good in my life, like my health. So I'm here to start again. If I did it before I can do it again.

I was here a few years ago also and lost some weight and over the last year and a half put it back on. Life has been better, but like you said I have control of my health and I owe myself the happiness that comes with being healthy and in shape.
