Hi, I am new to this form, I am on week 8 of IP and have lost 38lbs, but I don't think this week is going to have good results, I started the Novi Cure cleanse, was not a good day, did have some cramping, and my right side is very tender, and a lot of rumbling going on in my tummy, will cut down tomorrow to see if there is a difference..:)
