Hey everybody *waves*

I'm back... I see that, apart from a quick post the other day, I've been away from 3FC since 2012 - yikes. I need some accountability, so hope to post a little every day - I'm not good at that, I always feel others have much more to contribute than I do! But I think popping in regularly may help with the aforementioned accountability.

I've gained 10 lbs from September to date, and I'm way over the redline, haha! Can't afford to gain one. more. pound. Current plan involves calorie counting, cutting down on starchy carbs, and cutting down on wine - my nemesis!

Good luck! I did the same thing (posted once like years Ago and just popped back in) plus I've gained around 15 lbs since last May and can't keep going up like this!
