I'm very new to this type of community - will need help along the way - how to post, reply, where to post...Any pointers are welcome.
I'm looking for guidance on alternative products to the Ideal Protein Diet. The IP diet is very expensive and I am unable to continue with it as it is unaffordable for me.
If anyone is able to help with pointers and/or suggestions, that would make me one very happy gurl squirrel!
