It's real this time
Well today started a new for me. Along with my "3 fact chicks on a diet" book, 3fatchicks.com, and my own desire, my feet hit the floor running this morning. Well not literally but it sounded good. It started with a changing how and what I eat, starting with breakfast and going from there. I have made a promise to myself that I will lose 10 to 15 pounds and some inches by the opening of our summer home, which is around April 15th or so. I know it won't be easy as there are a great number of obstacles I have to get past but I know I can do it. I now understand how hard it is to focus and stick to it. I've been trying since April of 2015 and am tired of not following through.
I AM a new me and it's time to stick to it!! :carrot:
