I am new to this site. I am a diabetic and overweight. I have recently had a hip replacement and getting back to exercising has been slow. Also had a stent placed in and artery on my heart. Really in need of suggestions and Support. I am 67 years old. Have had my thyroid removed due to cancer and have hypertension. I really want to lose weight. I know it will be hard but I know it can be done.
