Yet another brand new one
 

Hi folks,

I found this forum while searching for reviews of some products. I found them in abundance here, and liked the tone of the replies and general feel of the site so much that I joined on the spot.

My name is Anne, I'm firmly ensnared in middle age, and have lived in the north central USA for 20+ years. I'm the mother of 3 adults and I work in an office doing office-y things that you likely couldn't care less about. :shrug:

I started back on my way of eating plan on January 3. My main focus is not so much losing weight (although that would be most welcome!) but controlling my blood sugar as a type 2 diabetic. So far, it's working! But I still have a ways to go.

I have a good feeling about this forum, and I hope to find and provide encouragement for a long time. Thanks for reading.
