Good place to start..

Hello all!
Today is my first day of my journey to lose 50lbs while starting Ideal Protein. I had my 3rd child 3 years ago after a span of 16 years of having my 2nd child and can't seem to lose the weigh as easy as when i was in my 20's!! :dizzy:
