Hi guys!!!! I'm ready to start my journey....again!!!!! 5 years ago I stumbled across this lovely little site! I met some really incredible and inspiring people in here and ended up losing 75 pounds! Fast forward to 2016...add in a divorce, a job change, and an overconfident me...and here I am again...with all 75 pounds and then some, back on. But like I said.... I'm back, and I'm ready to do this once again!
In the past this forum has helped me tremendously! I remember racing home after a weigh in and being so excited to jump on the computer to let my online buddies know about my weight loss....and most of the time they were more excited than I was! Even if my weigh in showed a gain, the friends I made here were the first people to pick me up and encourage me to keep on truckin. I'm really hoping that I can pick up where I left off, with some new friends, and new encouragements! I'm also apologizing in advance as I just might over do it on posting my weigh ins, questions, comments, etc as I found that letting the world know was a huge part in the key to my success! I'm excited and I can not wait to get this weight loss show on the road!

I completely agree about letting the world know - I think everyone whose ever met me knows I'm losing weight (family, friends, colleagues, taxi drivers, shop assistants...)

Good-luck Flannan! I'm brand new to the forum and I'm excited to see other people's journeys as well as share some details of mine. I'm not totally comfortable talking to my friends about my weight loss, but I feel like there are a lot of like minded people here I can share with )

I'm starting at 172lbs, the heaviest I have ever been and for a woman not even five feet tall it's a large load to carry. I have also had some major life changes, but I feel like this is the year to really get my health and fitness on track. Look forward to seeing more of your posts!
