new year, new me!
 

hi everyone! i've posted on these boards before but it's been a long, long time. i know it's cliché to start dieting on january 1st but i like the idea of fresh starts. i joined weight watchers last night and it seems like a really easy plan to follow. i'm looking to lose 50 pounds. i've never, ever been thin so i don't have any idea what i'll look like at 162 pounds. i want to feel strong and beautiful this year and be able to fit into nice clothes. i don't want my lower back to ache anymore. i want to actually go to the beach this summer! i've put off really living my life to the fullest for so long. i'm done saying "someday." i wanted to introduce myself to meet some people who are in the same boat as me because i think that having someone to talk to can be so helpful! i wish you all a happy and healthy 2016. :)
