I decided to introduce myself after browsing your boards and finding it be a wealth of support and information. My name is Sherry and I live in Wisconsin. I started gaining weight after the birth of my daughter 23 years ago. I know that this is going to be a challenging road but it's a road I am ready to conquer and let no one stand in my way. I look forward to meeting everyone.

I recommend you join a thread like a daily chat, daily exercise, or daily accountability thread. Those are nice for daily support. There are also challenge threads, which can be really fun. There are a lot of options here. :)
