3rd shift worker trouble losing weight
 

I'm new to this site. I have in previous years lost 150 pounds. I have changed jobs since then. Going to 3rd from dayshift. Weight has creaped back on. Very ashamed.

Welcome to 3FC :) I've noticed several 3rd shift workers around here, it does sound like you have slightly different obstacles when trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I hope you'll find the support you need here. Good luck!
