My primary method of losing will be counting calories and jogging 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes. Having a treadmill will make it easier to keep up as it gets unbearably cold here.
I've mapped out my plan and I should be ~144 by Christmas, and ~129 by March. I've had a lot of false starts the past year but I think I've got it this time. I'm almost a week in and don't feel deprived at all!
