I posted a little bit a long time ago. (It says my last visit was 2.25.13.) I'm really working to lose weight - and being successful this time.

So, me. I'm Ruth. I'm 44 years old. I've been married for 16 years. I have two daughters, ages 14 and 12. I work full time. I will, hopefully, be starting school full time online in January.

I work in a hospital and one of the biggest perks is that employees can use the cardiac rehab equipment as long as there is not a class in session. Basically any time on Saturdays and Sundays and on the weekdays from 4pm or so until 6am or so. On the days I use the equipment during the week, I'm up at 4am.

That's me in a nutshell.
