Sick of Yo-Yo Dieting - Getting in Shape for Aussie Summer!
 

Hi there, I am a mum of 3 who has yo-yo dieted for years and basically I am sick of it. Recently I have really changed my mindset around getting fit and healthy and my weight is slowly coming off, and it feels great. Glad I am here and will love sharing my journey as I will enjoy all of yours! :carrot:

Slowly getting warmer over here in NZ too so I would love to be fitter and a healthier weight for our Summer too ( but maybe winter might be more realistic for me) ...... Good luck ........ Congratulations on your success so far ....

yeah thanks for that. yes NZ is similar to our summer. I am looking at probably not being in my top shape but really try to be close by the time I go down the beach!!!
