New here and using medifast.. Would love some support!
 

Hi all! I'm new here too! Currently doing medifast and in my 6th week. I'm down 25 lbs so yay! Still have another 45 I want to lose. I was doing this with a couple girlfriends and I am the only one still standing! No one takes it as seriously as I do.
A couple things.. I have had great success with this in the past.. Early 20's.. The weight FELL off. I'm talkin 75 lbs in like 4 months.. Noooowwww.. I'm 30 and it is coming off SO MUCH SLOWER! Ugh! Anyone else have this issue?
Anyway, just thought I'd say hi and see what everyone else is doing? And have a place to come get support and give support too!

:welcome: Lexi! :congrat: on being down 25 lbs! Great job! Don't be concerned that it's coming off more slowly. It's most likely to stay off that way. Good luck the rest of the way!
