Third time lucky

*sigh* Hello, this is my 3rd attempt to lose weight and keep it off. i am a terrible yo-yo. i lose weight, maintain for ages, slowly put about 10lbs back on. then i maintain at a higher weight until it starts creeping up again, then i do something about it... so am currently 11st 11lb and hope to lose at least 1lb per week until mid december. wish me luck
