My journey off of the couch!
 

Hey y'all! I'm Lisa from Georgia and a newbie here! I started my journey on January 24th and so far I'm down 60 lbs. I came here simply because most folks I know either believe I'm doing this as a fad and it won't last or they can't relate to what it's like to need to lose over 100 lbs. I'm excited and my journey "off of the couch" has been fun (albeit hard work), but my goal is for my family and friends to see "less of me."

Nice work Lisa! Take a deep breath and enjoy it. It should not be "hard work". Let the change motivate you for this to become fun. It is so much easier that way!
