My Last diet ever ! But need your support
Hi All
I have decided to try a new approach using a CBT book to change my habits for a lifetime. I have already lost 28lbs this year and need to lose the same again but know that all the other diets I have done it has been weight off ..... weight on.
So I am just trying to eat healthily cutting calories to 1,300-1,400 a day, and exercising 3 times a week, but the last month has been a struggle, so I have decided to follow the Beck Solution , which isn't a diet but a way of changing thinking and actions.
My action today was to find a support network to keep me on the straight and narrow and to boost me when I have a wobble (not of the thigh variety - but I have those too!)
Hopefully I can find someone her and I hope that I can be someone else's diet buddy too.
