Thanks for letting me join. Need 2 stone off by july next yr for my sons wedding. Ive had a lifetime of diets and at 57 think "here we go again" wished id just got on with it years ago and stuck with it.

Now is as good of a time as any. You can do this!

Welcome- and my son got married last Sunday, which happened to be part of what kicked me in the butt to get some weight off- so we have something in common. You're in the right place- and you are already further ahead today than you were yesterday!!! Best Wishes!!
