New to this site and forum. I need all the support I can get. I am overweight and out of shape and need to get ME back. My kids are grown and it is time for me.

Hey 2f2o! I am new here too, and already feel the support. Like you my kids are grown and on their own plus I live alone (well there is the cat) so I have absolutely NO excuse. I am trying the slow carb plan and I know very little about it, so let's figure this out together! Welcome from another one new here!
