Newbie :)

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the forum, started my weight loss journey 4 days ago and already feeling so much better in myself. It's great to see so many supportive people on here!

I am from London, and i'm 23 years old. Started putting weight on at university and haven't managed to lose it, but now that's changing :)

Looking forward to getting to know you all :)

Hi golfer, how is your first week going? It's getting easier for me now as I go... stay strong your first few weeks.

Thanks Jacqui D! Great to meet you :)

Hi CheesecakeBrownie, i'm actually finding it very easy to stick to, I am following the Slimming World plan. I'm amazed at how much better I feel already after 4 days of eating well!

i've heard great reviews about slimming world,

I feel MUCH better for eating better and once in a while when I've slipped and overate or ate something not so good - I have felt horrible. Not just "guilt" horrible either, I mean felt really sick and gross physically, like my body was rejecting it.

Glad to hear you are focused - you can do this!

I've had that in the past Cheesecake! But this time im determined :)
