Not really new...but hello again

I'm back after a year and I can see that I am precisely the same weight as when I left! That isn't to say that I haven't learnt about myself :D

I've found this forum one of the most helpful things to date and I'm happy to be back. There is nothing like being able to talk to other people :hug:

:welcome2: BACK, Nanu! It's really wonderful that you were gone for a year and maintained your weight instead of gaining! :bravo: I was gone for a year and gained all my weight back and then some! Good luck on reaching your goal!
