Starting my journey!
 

hi guys! my name is Rebecca and I've decided that I am going to change my life. I got a real emotional slap in the face a few days ago when i stepped on my scales and saw i weighed 148 kg (326lb)! My goal weight is around 70 kg (154lb), I want to be able to play with my kids and still be here when they have their own kids! So I have decided to do a complete overhaul of my life and how i live starting with me. I've been told that support forums are one of the best ways to stay on track to my end goal. It's going to be a hard journey, but it's going to be worth it! I hope to get to know you all and become great friends as we support each other in our own personal journeys! :D
