Newbie - again

Hi all! :)

I just realised I posted in another part of the forum instead of here. Newb mistake.

I'm Cas. Mum of 2. Carer and housewife.

I'm ashamed to say I have 71kg to lose to get the pesky Doctor off my back when I go see her because then I will be a healthy (BMI) weight. I'm doing this by VLCD, which isn't too hard..surprisingly.

Hopefully I'll be making some friends on here. Close to home and not so close.

I am also new in here and I have atleast 30kg to lose.
