    Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and thought I would introduce myself.
    My name is Damian and I live in Tasmania Australia. I am 5'11" and weigh 146kg / 321lbs. I have recently started losing weight and was originally 150kg / 330bs. My ultimate goal it to get down to 80kg / 176lbs, so here goes.
