Ready for a new Adventure!!

Hello Y'all!
I am new to the weight loss journey, but I am ready for the adventure. I am currently weighing in at 280, and the doctor told me I was unhealthy and needed surgery. I am going to prove him wrong about needing surgery!! Looking for support and motivation and offering the same!

I was interested in surgery, but my insurance apparently does not cover any bariatric surgeries... SO, now I'm doing Ideal Protein, and I just started. Pretty glad I wasn't able to do the surgery, but now I have to be successful all on my own!

It's definitely inspiring to look at how much weight people have lost, and they're all doing different things that work for them.

If they can, we can too!! :carrot:
