Default Hello

Hello, I am hoping to find some helpful tips and motivation from this site. When I was 23 I lost 100lbs by exercising and eating healthy. Now, I am 27, and have put back on that same weight I lost. I have been ignoring it. I have been being lazy, not admitting to myself that my clothes kept shrinking. I loved being thinner and healthier. I want to be back there. After I lost the weight I graduated from college. I no longer had access to a gym every day. I began dating someone who loved fast food. It became easy just to fall back, but I want to be healthier. So, I am doing this again!
