Hello! I gained 90 lbs in the past 4 years and just had a son and realized i need a change!!! I'm so excited but kind of don't know where to start! I'm thinking of going no carb bc I have PCOS too but with workout I really want to tone but I'm having trouble with being lazy when I have the time! Well I hope I can get some tips and meet people I can relate to!
Welcome and good luck! I have no idea what it is like pursuing a healthy lifestyle right after having a baby but I'm sure someone here does and can relate. Just start with small changes and build up slowly, that way they are more likely to stick
