Hello, my name is Jody. I am a mother of 2 little girls aged 6 years and 1 year. I have been trying to lose weight since... well after I had my first daughter 6 years ago. I have been diagnosed as depressed and also over weight along with having bad knees. I have tried everything that the doctors have turned me to for help. I am stuck in a rut... Welcome Jody!! I'm also a mom, I have a 7 year old son, a 5 year old daughter and a 10 month old daughter. I lost weight after my 2nd baby but then managed to gain a lot of it back with my 3rd pregnancy, so here I am! My plan for weight loss is calorie counting (which is what I did last time). I count and focus on making healthy choices. What have you tried in the past to lose?
