I cam across this forum when I was looking for a site for support. I am 36 years old. Lost 100 lbs and gain 90 lbs back. I am going to lose these 90 lbs again but it is kind of hard when I have no support from family or friends. Plus I have a busy schedule with the classes that I need to finish my degree. I am leaning toward a goal of 60 to 80 lbs in 6 months since I will be moving to Helsinki, Finland in December of this year for a internship/job.

I'm also looking to lose around 70 pounds in about 6 months, although I have a few extra months I can go into if needed, so hopefully we can both find the will to complete our goals. :carrot:
