Decided to make an account here after browsing for a few days and feeling inspired by the posters and information.
My most recent attempt to lose weight has been going well: I have been 'at it' for 30 days, and have lost 19lb so far, which is very encouraging. I have about 90lb left to lose, though, so definitely want some help staying accountable and staying on track.
Problems with weight started in early 20s, not living a healthy lifestyle at university and then being in a miserable relationship and comfort eating... used to be a very athletic teenager, but can hardly remember that girl. Need to find her.
This is a big year for me... turning 30, buying a house with my partner, and changing jobs (I am in education). Seems like I enjoy doing everything at once! Some people like the pressure
