Hi everyone! I am new to this site and wanted to introduce myself. I am Mandy. I am in hopes to reach my weight lose goal. I have tried WW with success, but just hate spending the money. The old system worked wonders, but in the end I gained a lot of the weight back. The new system didn't help at all. At this time, I will have to work on just eating right. I am about 2 1/2 weeks post op from having ASDF surgery on my neck....Therefore, no exercise for me until the Dr releases me. Hopefully, having a little support will help me meet my goal and learn how to maintain that goal and stay healthy. :)
