Hello from the High Mountains of the U.S.

Goodmorning!
I am brand new here and, after looking over this forum, I feel very encouraged about the support and friendship in this group.

My name is Kate and I am a retired lady who wishes to enjoy life more by shedding pounds and being able to get out in my beautiful mountains with my husband and ENJOY life more!

I would like to meet others with a good, strong positive attitude so we can shed the weight together.

I'm in north central Utah. Up high in the mountains but not high enough! I would love to be at 10,000 ft level. Not much snow left here due to the drought. ;) You've lost a lot! Great!
