Hello!!! My name is Shelly, I am a 40 yr overweight Mommy from the outskirts of Baltimore, MD. I have one 7 yr old daughter, Ava, who is the light of my life! I am a retired police officer who was injured in the line of duty, forcing me to unfortunately medically retire from a job that I absolutely loved and cherished for 18 years. I was always fit until the injury, which due to depression over losing my job and the injury itself caused me to gain close to 130lbs. I just started the Ideal Protein Weight Loss program, and I have a 15lb weight loss under my belt so far. Thank you for accepting me into your group!!! :)

I spent several years in Baltimore County and loved it.

Thank you ladies for the warm welcome!!!! Now that I have hit that 15, Im stuck on it--it won't budge!!! Ughhh!!!!! :-) And Tai, I was a Baltimore County Police Officer, on the West Side--Woodlawn, Reisterstown, Pikesville, those areas :-)

Sorry to hear the scale isn't cooperating right now Shelly but hang in there! If you stay on track, it will eventually move.
