I'm Alison :)

My mom recommended this site to me. She lost 100 pounds a few years back and told me that this place was a godsend, so I thought it might help me during my own weight loss journey. So far, I'm super motivated! Everyone here is inspiring me. Best of luck to all of you on your journeys!
