Just a fat human
 

Hello. I am a fat human. I'm 220lbs and obese. I am very sad these days. I am on antidepressants, but they aren't working as well anymore. I just want to be happy. I'm not even sure what happy means anymore. I'm sorry for wasting your time.

You certainly didn't waste me time, and you're not just a fat human. I don't think anyone van make you happy, and seeing your on a weight loss forum, many will tell you losing weight won't automatically make you happy, but lots of people have learned to love themselves and been happy because of it. Whatever your goals are, I know you can make it! Take baby steps... Even if its finding something to compliment yourself on every day and working up from there!
