hello

i'm new here and in need for motivation ... i'm really strugling with my weight being the same for over a year even though i work out a lot. basically i've gained 40 pounds over the last 5 years :( i've just recently found out im feeling so low and not being able to lose weight due to thyroid issues. so now i've started my meds and i'm ready to start over ... hopefully i'll FINALLY do it! :)
