I'm Alyse, but I usually just go by my longtime handle, Molly. I'm 27, from PHX, AZ and I've always have had difficulty sticking to a weight loss routine. Problem is, I don't have any support! Everyone in my family aren't necessarily thin, but they aren't in my boat either. I'm really here, because I want to lose the weight. I don't want thin, I want fit, and strong.

Fit and strong are awesome goals, mine are very much the same. What is your plan to achieve that?
