Hello all. I'm new to this forum. Actually, I forgot things like this even exist since I've been living through facebook:dizzy: I am excited to start this new way of eating. I am on the SB diet, Phase 1, Day 1. Hoping to make some friends here and get some motivation:-) I am currently at 185 and my goal is 145. We are a navy family and we live in Atoka, TN. We have three beautiful children, ages 14, 5, and 1.

I am working on my BS in Human Services, and then I hope to complete my Masters so that I can be a licensed clinical social worker. I am currently the office manager for a company in Tennessee. I am trying to get adjusted to everything here in TN. We have only been here for about a year. We moved from beautiful Pearl Harbor, HI, and it's taking some time to get used to the change. You'd think I'd be used to it since we are originally from Tupelo, MS, but we have lived away for so long that alot has changed.

So happy I found this group and I am looking forward to meeting some awesome people on here!!!

I'm glad to be here, so much information.

I am also new, sorta. I found this site back in 2009 but forgot all about it. I am wanting to lose weight but so confused at what "DIET" to use :{

I noticed that we are similar in starting point and goal weights so I wanted to say hello, specifically! I feel like we are all here for support but sometimes it is easier to relate more completely with someone in a similar situation. So welcome - I am pretty new too! Best of luck and I can't wait to see some progress! Let's do this!
