My name is Kat. I'm 29 and I live in Clearwater, FL. I was a very active member of this community 3yrs ago and lost 60lbs in 3 months. I felt great and was doing great and then situations happened and over the last 3 years I have gained all the weight back plus 12lbs. I am at the heaviest I have ever been. I am 5'1, 277lbs, and wear a size 22. I am getting myself back on track. I have started me food log and joined the gym again. This is it! I am going to hit my goal by the time I turn 30. This forum was so amazingly helpful and I am ready to join you all in this journey again.
